Core Responsibilities: o Complete equipment installations and assist in the training of machine placements where needed. o Assist in the implementation of software, connectivity and customer workflow functions. o Analyze existing customer infrastructure and plan a deployment strategy to ensure smooth, quality implementation of pre-determined solutions and products. o Analyze and document customer installations, submit appropriate documents to Paperwork and Admin teams when necessary. o Ensure skill set is consistent with new technologies and markets by continually training and updating skills on new products or services presented by the company. o Ensure customer satisfaction on sold projects, identify sales expansion opportunities and refer them to appropriate internal business channel. o Troubleshoot deployed solutions with the installed customer base. o Maintain on-going customer relationships at appropriate levels to guarantee customer loyalty and ensure additional business. o Provide feedback from customer to appropriate internal personnel staff. o Maintains an environment that encourages professional development and provides opportunities for career growth based on performance. o Maintains positive and professional attitude and encourages cooperation between sales, service, and administration. o Active in all aspects of customer service providing timely resolution to customer issues. o Flexibility and willingness to independently navigate areas of unfamiliarity.
