Foley Carrier Services Lead Generation Specialist in Omaha, Nebraska
As a Lead Generation Specialist (SDR) (ADR) in our Omaha, NE office, you’ll conduct outbound business-to-business cold calls to generate high-quality, qualified leads for our sales team. During each call, the Lead Generation Specialist (SDR) (ADR) will ask questions to learn about their current business situation, evaluate their goals and determine whether a customized Factoring program could improve their cash flow. Different from a loan, factoring is a form of financing in which we purchase a carrier’s outstanding invoices and pay them for their work before their customers cut them a check. We then collect on each invoice’s full face value within 30-45 days.
What are the Primary Job Functions?
Conduct cold calls and e-mail outreach to prospects assigned through our lead delivery system
Navigate our lead delivery system to review and manage assigned leads, document activity, and update or submit information, as necessary
Prospect, educate, qualify, set expectations, and overcome objections to develop new sales opportunities
Follow a prescribed sales outreach cadence for maximum effectiveness
Achieve established activity targets for the number of outbound calls / hours spent conducting calls to meet or exceed sales lead quotas
Adhere to internal policies and procedures in conducting sales calls and coordinating the handoff of qualified leads to sales team members
Develop the skills needed to grow into a sales role
Protect both the company’s and customer’s information in accordance with company policies and procedures
What You Need to Be Successful?
Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline or one year of relative experience
Able to perform repetitive tasks
Fluency in Spanish or Russian is a plus
