Senior Director, Product Management for Verint Systems Inc. (telecommuting position -- can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.) to design/implement telephony systems solutions/integrations. Requires seven years of experience in customer service market software requirements using CRM, e-Service, Campaign Management, Rules, Case Management and BPM Workflow. Specific skills/other requirements: designing/implementing telephony systems solutions/integrations, including Genesys, Avaya and Cisco (7+ years); product development for enterprise-class hosted customer engagement solutions, both agent desktop and customer-facing web self-service software solutions (7+ years); product development for enterprise-class on-premises customer engagement solutions, both agent desktop and customer-facing web self-service software solutions (5+ years); collecting and synthesizing product input from multiple sources, including users, testers, business development, partners, engineering, competitive products and management (7+ years); managing product requirements utilizing applications, e.g., Confluence and Jira (7+ years); OEM partnership management (5+ years); M&A strategy and diligence, including evaluating product capabilities, process maturity, sustainable differentiators, technology and go-to market (3+ years); and managing customer-facing/communications engagement, including escalation and product roadmap vision (3+ years).
