Mutual of Omaha MarcomCentral Administrator in LINCOLN, Nebraska
The MarcomCentral Administrator manages, organizes, and maintains the marketing collateral ordering system, collaborating with internal business partners. This individual will be responsible for managing the MarcomCentral account, listing content and other tasks associated with managing the portal.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist in the set-up and revision of items in the portal
Serve as main point of contact for internal business areas and vendor
Ensure proper controls are in place and being followed around user access and standard naming/appearance conventions
Coordinate with internal business partners on providing end user training
Coordinate system training with the vendor
Stay current on system features and functionality in order to drive future enhancements
Coordinate bug fixes, enhancement requests and upgrades/changes with appropriate partners
Coordinate appropriate integrations with other systems
Responsible for monthly system and usage reporting
Coordinate the storefront look and feel, partnering with internal teams
This position requires extensive or prolonged typing/keyboarding.
This position requires sitting over 66% of the time.
This position requires Visual Acuity at 20 inches (or less) over 66% of the time.
3 - 5 years of online marketplaces/ordering portal management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including key functions and working with large data sets
Strong decision-making & problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to define issues and implement effective solutions
Ability to multitask and troubleshoot
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Experience with MarcomCentral and/or FusionPro
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Working knowledge of HTML
Working knowledge of graphic design principles
