U.S. Bank Business Banking Client Specialist in LINCOLN, Nebraska

The Business Banking Client Specialist is a pivotal contact point for the Business Banking Department. This team member will serve the needs and help maintain important relationships with our Business Banking Clients. This position will also be involved in the Commercial Lending process: ordering loan docs, maintaining system information, and monitoring reporting requirements. This individual will be expected to learn and utilize various platforms that are key to our U.S. Bank product delivery. As a Leader in Customer Service, we are looking for a self-starting individual who is passionate about customer service and willing to take ownership of the customer's needs while finding the desired resolutions in a timely manner for each client.


Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • One to two years of experience in financial services industry

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Proven customer service and problem resolution skills

  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

  • Basic knowledge of departmental and bank products and services
