To supervise and coordinate activities of comp breakfast personnel to provide fast and courteous service to patrons.
Display good customer relation skills; take initiative to greet guests in a friendly manner; escort them to tables when necessary.
Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness, and requisition dining room supplies for tables and serving stations.
Respond to concerns of patrons and ensure guests are satisfied by walking through dining area and offering any assistance.
Assign work tasks and coordinate activities of breakfast personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to patrons.
Guide, Direct, and Motivate staff — Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
Direct staff and/or ensure that tables are cleaned, wipe down salt and pepper shakers, etc. Set up tables for breakfast customers. Maintain tear down station in a neat and organized manner.
Ensure dish breakdown area is maintained clean and organized with clean china, silver, glassware and utensils and an ample amount of food supply throughout buffet and breakfast area. Restock glasses, cups, plates, napkins, trays, etc.
Report to Restaurant Manager weekly to discuss any issues pertaining to the complimentary breakfast.
Ensure employees are following brand standards.
Ensure employees understand hotel policies and procedures, and they are following these same rules.
Ensure employees are following brand standard through training and evaluating on a regular basis.
Demonstrate a commitment to the company internal audit by reviewing audit requirements regularly and ensuring these requirements are met.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Ensure uniform and appearance is clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six (6) months supervisory experience preferred. Some previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience needed. Hospitality & cleaning experience preferred
